Management is composed of three words,i.e.,'manage','men' and 't'. Manage means to maintain,control, men means man, staff in the office, business organization or anywhere else and t means tactfully or truthfully. Thus, management means to manage things,people by the group of people truthfully and tactfully.                   Management is of different types. They are office management, system management, social management.finance management, education management ,etc. Good management of office , business organization will make them profitable and there will be the popularity of those offices and the business organization.     For effective management there should be the qualified ,efficient and efficient manager.Therefore, management is to maintain,manage,control things ,offices,etc by the effective effort of group of people truthfully,tactfully,carefully and effectively.

Communication is two way process which is conducted between two polarities i.e. sender and receiver. In another words,communication is a process through which different data, transaction,documents are transferred or communicate from one person to another or one place to another.Communication process contents sender, encoding,message,channel,receiver,decoding and feedback.Communication contains formal,informal communication types. Internal,external,personal communication are forms of communication. Now a days communication is done through telephone, internet chatting like facebook chatting,etc. There are different communication barriers such as noise, loudspeaker, pollution, poor communication network,etc.Thus, communication is two way process conducted between two polarities i.e. sender & receiver of the communication.  

Nepal is a landlocked country. It is landlocked between India and Tibet. Nepal contains eight of the world's ten highest mountains.Nepal is culturally rich country and one of the most religious country. People of different religions speaking different languages live in Nepal. Nepal has seventy five districts and fourteen  zones.Nepal has certain highly developed tourist places.      The capital city of Nepal is Kathmandu.Nepal has two other popular and big cities,i.e, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur. In Nepal Pokhara is the place where the foreigners or tourists mostly visit.     Nepal is a beautiful country surrounded by different beautiful cities, places, mountains,etc. There are many religious places and temples in Nepal. Every body should visit Nepal at once.
