Management is composed of three words,i.e.,'manage','men' and 't'. Manage means to maintain,control, men means man, staff in the office, business organization or anywhere else and t means tactfully or truthfully. Thus, management means to manage things,people by the group of people truthfully and tactfully.                
  Management is of different types. They are office management, system management, social management.finance management, education management ,etc. Good management of office , business organization will make them profitable and there will be the popularity of those offices and the business organization.
    For effective management there should be the qualified ,efficient and efficient manager.Therefore, management is to maintain,manage,control things ,offices,etc by the effective effort of group of people truthfully,tactfully,carefully and effectively.
